Yeah. Sure, it is a gradual process, and we will see many countries adopt bitcoin as a legal tender that everybody in the country will be free to use anywhere and anytime. The thing is just understating the concept of how bitcoin works. Some people refuse to accept bitcoin because they do not understand it deeply; they think it is only about investment, not knowing that there are many things that bitcoin will offer them apart from investment. For some governments that are still yet to accept it, it is because some of them think it will make their low currency value go down, and when people understand the freedoms bitcoin offers, they will leave their fiat.

No, so far there is only one country that uses bitcoin as a currency and that is El Salvador. The Central African Republic did the same thing as El Salvador but then they quickly failed. They declared bitcoin's use as a legal currency a failure after just a few months of implementation.

Recently there has been some news that more and more countries are holding and owning bitcoin but that does not mean that any country that holds bitcoin will make it a currency. Honestly, I don't think bitcoin will be used as a global currency, especially big countries like the US won't let that happen because it will negatively affect their USD.
