You are right, every top team has several high-ranking people in the team management to be able to see the potential of each coach being targeted, we will not really know what considerations and assessments are used to make them sure in bringing in Vincent Kompany.
What is clear for now is that Bayern Munich has performed very well at the beginning of several competitions they have participated in such as the Bundesliga, UCL and also the DFB Cup so from the beginning like this we can conclude that Vincent Kompany performance has begun to be seen more clearly and not just joke like what happened in several other team.
