Even if they want to look rich, but poor people do not have the capabilities to afford the luxury that rich people can easily get. At least, they are middle-class people who can buy the expensive outfits. I think it will be more sense if we compare middle-class and high-class people when it is about outfits. However, when someone is wearing clothes or goods valued thousands dollars, he surely isn't a poor one. We must know how the capability of poor people to spend money.
