Investing in Bitcoin or in property such as buying a hotel both provide benefits but the process is different. Investing in Bitcoin will get profit when the price of Bitcoin goes up, and if investing in a Hotel we will get profit when someone will rent our Hotel room to stay for a few days.
I prefer to invest in Bitcoin because it is easy, the process is not complicated, the price continues to increase from year to year and I don't need to spend money often on security costs or renovation costs like maintaining a Hotel.

Hotel investing aren't that bad but instead of an hotel, I'll prefer to invest in a service apartment. Air BnB will give more money than a hotel, alot of individual now prefer Air BnB to hotels as they get to stay in apartment that make it feel like home and not a hotel that has many individuals and noise pollution everywhere. Hotels aren't hygienic as alot of individual get to use the same items and they at times aren't clean properly. What will make hotel to be bad investment is when you don't have enough capital to maintain the hotels and make it up to standard. Hotels consume lots of resources but Investing in Bitcoin is very cost efficient and has more profits when you hold long term.
