Yes, he has built the company from scratch and raised it to a great length, before the issue that lead him to serve for some month came up. Since he is out, he can still give good inputs without being the CEO.

He can do it, but obviously, it should be in secret as part of his agreement with the government is that he should not go back to the helm of Binance. And with that, I think that CZ will do another project that is related to crypto, it could be a new coin or token. Something that will get him back to his roots as we all know that in 2017, he made this groundbreaking exchange and made it as the top in the last 5-6 years.

So it will be very interesting to see him next year, he could be very well be resting with his families, but after that, just like other visionary, they can't keep him away for good. And when he is in prison, he has a lot of time to think of his next move.
