I didn't know that Binance was banned in the Philippines, my thinking is if their website link is banned by your government, no way to access the exchange with mobile applications too. I am not sure it is possible to access Binance with VPN but don't have problems with Binance's Compliance team too.

Be careful and self-protect against fraud is important and we can not rely on community reports against fraud and scam.
