What I want to know most is why "GCB" does not reply to emails sent to the casino's complaint email address! For over 40 days

"GCB" does reply to emails sent to other email addresses

Also, as I said before

What happens if the license is changed during the complaint?


Because they don't handle complaints? I've brushed upon it on the neighboring thread of the neighboring board, complete with a snippet of a statement they made that they're currently not open to a mediation between customers and business.
