There is no reply from "CEG" but it is correct.

That post was made while I composed my own. I got notified when I reviewed my post and did a proofread prior to posting and noticed you made another post, but I didn't aware that you made three consecutive posts. I guess this is a minor reason why posting in consecutive is against forum rules. If you want to add something in a close time, before someone made any post, you can edit your latest post and say what you want to add through it.

In the future, kindly refrain from making consecutive post.

Moving to your question, why CEG didn't reply to your post, I'll strongly assume that's because they [and the other three master license holders] kinda lost their power over casinos due to that overhaul, thus they can't effectively mediate a dispute between their [former] sub-licensee and the customers as they've lost their leverage over the casinos. Or perhaps [and this is my wild guess] they no longer even allowed to practice any kind of mediation, or maybe even any action related to gambling activities at all.
