You both are welcome to push ups challenge. looking at your first day report in this push ups challenge I think you guys did very well. However I would advise you both not to be in a hurry to increase your push ups because normally as a new beginners in this challenge after doing your push ups exercise the first day you we see that you are going to feel pain in your body due to the fact that your bodies have not used to it yet, but with consistency in this push ups challenge your bodies will adapt it very quickly.

I did a total of 1050 push ups in 7 days average of 150 push ups per day.
