Honestly, at the time there has some change in term & condition.

I still remember, that stake make pops up "term & condition" to make the user re-accept again about the rules. So, this kind of cases is kinda of in a gray are but from my perspective mostly the users are gonna to have a problem (leading the account to bans).

Cause even the user register before "Germany" is not in the restriction by clicking accepted again the new T&C meaning the user should read the term & condition + If the his country in restricted country then he should be not playing on there cause accepted the new term make it his old term at the time he was register is no longer valids. So, my opinion (If you germany user) and not having a problem right now or money in Stake better move on now before you meet the problem.

From my experience, once you got problem especially against the term & condition. It's gonna to be a hard one to be win (It's better leaving rather than losing your money).
