There is a lot of things he could have did different, and could be doing differently now. Don't count it any of it happening. He's a kid who doesn't have a solid handle on things and is in over his head.

When Vircurex was hacked, they presented a detailed plan of what was going to happen, which included frozen funds, and they are doing well because of it.

But erundook has absolutely horrible public relations/customer service skills, which is WHY many are upset and spreading FUD. That all he ever does is makes a quick post now and again expressing his being upset at the customer base for doing this and telling everyone nothing more than he's working on it is not winning him any friends or trust. But sadly, he honestly believes that is appropriate. Sorry, but if he has the time to come here and criticize his customers, he has the time answer his customers questions to prevent the FUD to begin with.
