The last match this two teams had was this year at Mendizorroza the home of Alavés and Barcelona won 1-3 and again they mean at Mendizorroza for the first leg, we all know Barcelona and their capacity which means Alavés will find it difficult to win the game despite they are playing at Mendizorroza, even from Alavés's last performance they tend not to do well because they had only two win in their last five matches and lost the remaining three.

Barcelona last won over Alavez with a score of 1-3 last February, so far Barcelona have a very good record against Alavés by winning 24 of their 36 meetings in La Liga, the match has started and Barcelona immediately tried to dominate the current match, by fielding their best squad at the moment Barcelona have scored in the 3rd minute but unfortunately the goal was disallowed because Rafinha was in an offside position when receiving a pass from Lamine Yamal, if you look at Barcelona's aggressive play in today's match then most likely they will be able to win the match later, even when I write this post Barcelona has won 1 goal through a goal created by Lewandowski through his header in the 7th minute, I think Barcelona will be able to return to winning ways after previously they lost to Osasuna, especially this season Alavés is indeed in very poor form.

Lewandoski is an incredible player and his finishes are superb. He wanted to score with his head but the ball hit his shoulder and was still able to go straight into the net as if he used his head. Barcelona should win Alaves with ease to maintain the top spot on the table. An early goal in the first half is a sign that Barcelona will not have any difficulties today unlike their last match with Osasuna.

Just in Lewandoski have scored his second goal on the 22nd minutes. The two goals assist was from Raphinha who always spot Lewandoski on the right position at the right time. I am expecting to see more goals from Barcelona in this first half.
