The live support said that this issue is happening as poker is still in Beta testing phase. Which is strange. I have played the cash game, and those are indeed more interesting than free roll tournament. Users with no poker experience also sit on the free roll tournament, which destroy the seriousness of the game.

Yeah man. Not only for the freerolls but I honestly think some improvements of the structures of all the tournaments should be made. As far as I can see almost all the tournaments are having turbo format, or even hyper turbo in some instances. Having only 10 big blinds while still on a full starting stack after only 20 minutes is not fun and you can basically only play "push or fold“.
For serious players these tournaments are not very interesting since it limits the skill level and heavily depends on being very lucky.
Hopefully they will listen to the community and make some adjustments!
