CONTACTED SUPPORT TO FIND OUT ITS AN AUTOMATED BOT.
GOT FRUSTRATED AND SAW THEIR EMAIL IN MY INBOX ASKING FOR A REVIEW. THEREFORE, I LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW.
BOOOOOM. THEY SAID THE ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND IT WAS A PRICE I PAID FOR POSTING A NEGATIVE REVIEW. NO RESOLUTION, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL. BLATANLTY BUTTHURT AND SUSPENDED ACCOUNT AND SCAMMED FOR $100.

You know, as a business criticism will always be there and this needs to be treated as a feedback system that should help the business grow by building on these weaknesses....but going after customers because of their input of the product..low blow we can do better!!
Come on guys redeem yourselves and return money to the customer ASAP.
