You know, as a business criticism will always be there and this needs to be treated as a feedback system that should help the business grow by building on these weaknesses....but going after customers because of their input of the product..low blow we can do better!!

Come on guys redeem yourselves and return money to the customer ASAP.

It’s not criticism; it’s an intentional lie aimed at damaging our reputation. How can one measure the losses caused by this harm to us?
