Diego Simeone is a good coach i like his experience and managerial skills. But there club does not have enough money to give him the players he deserves to win the trophy.

I agree with you here. Academy players can fill in the space of playing in the top 11 whenever there is a need for that. There are lots of raw talents in the young players so it's nice to invest in them. Many teams are using this strategy to get the players they want with time so it is such a great idea.
