I guess the campaign manager cannot help this case so instead of bothering him he should contact the right representative then see their response and action towards how they resolve this issue.
The campaign manager only can inform the contact point about this case. Other responses will pure come from the internal teams, not from the manager.
Absolutely since they manager don't have any responsibilities to help solve the issues of some user. But if he exert some efforts to help then its good but people should not pressure him since his not the right person to contact when there's issue happened to them. Much better to contact the real support and wait for their answer since this is really the best thing to do.
Great review there and I guess they really need to fix those site loads slowly since its really annoying to gamblers part since it can kill their excitement while playing.
