Injuries is a big problem to clubs that does not have good substitute players for each positions. In Madrid, they have the first team and the second team. And i can tell you that both teams are very good in terms of play. This has help Madrid to win several league no matter the issue of injury. Although it cost a lot to have such quality players in one team and multiple subs for each positions. That is not a problem for Madrid because they are rich which make them to afford these players, since they are willing to pay them while they seat at the bench until when they are needed.

Am also betting on Real Madrid to win Barcelona. They have what it takes to win the game but i wont underestimate some players in Barcelona who can create chances out of nothing. Players like Yamal is someone a manager can bank on to score when the going becomes tough. I wont be surprised if Barcelona scores first.
