Sure, we shouldn't give up! Human develop the technology, why human give up because of the technology developed by them? I actually don't really understand with this matter, human shouldn't develop it if they assume it will bring big bad impacts. 
Since the company can spend lower costs when they are using robots, they surely will decline the number of employees. However, not ever job can be done by robots, there are some jobs that require human to do it. I don't believe if all the jobs can be replaced by robots someday. Robots aren't like human, they don't have the ability to innovate, imagine, and other things that only humans can do it.
We must understand that humans are much more perfect than robots so that we can adapt to technology and even the robots were created by humans. Not all jobs can be done by robots so that human labor is needed as a complement and yet we will definitely face conditions where in the future jobs will be more dominated by robots in certain jobs. I agree with you because robots work according to orders and they are intentionally designed to only follow orders and not all jobs can be done like humans. So there is a level of ability that robots cannot do, for example they do not have the initiative in certain conditions when something unwanted happens.
We mustn't feel worried about this. Robots will never be better than human. However, we shouldn't rely on company for having jobs anymore. We must have the jobs that can be done ourselves. By the way, what financial preparation you mean? Even we have a lot of money, this can't avoid the fact of rapid technological progress.
This is a problem that must be solved and humans no longer expect to work in companies if they want to improve their finances for the better. Create opportunities to make money stably so that we can face technological advances more relaxed. The financial category I mean in making money and now there are many opportunities on social media if they can be utilized or invest in crypto because with stability in making money, we will be much better prepared to face the challenges of life in the future.
