So there is a level of ability that robots cannot do, for example they do not have the initiative in certain conditions when something unwanted happens.

Robots isn't like a human, it has some limitations. True, robots has no initiative, it has no feeling. Robots are not designed to analyze something thoroughly, it only can analyze something based on the human orders. So, it is impossible that robots will compete human or dominate all the activities of human.
