But anyways, it's nothing serious, if the manager or customer rep stopped answering issues related to betfury casino that is raised here, but will do when the same issue is taken to telegram or any other of their social account, it simply tells us that the manager is no longer as active here as he or they used to be, which to me is quite understandable since their signature ad campaign is no longer running here as well, possibly they no longer see why they should be active here, not good but not bad as well, as long as the casino is still operating normally, and issues are still being treated, even though it's outside the forum.

In my opinion, this is not a good practice, and I would even say that it is short-sighted when a project communicates with the community only in one social network while abandoning other sources of communication. And the presence or absence of a signature campaign has no impact on the activity of Betfury representatives in this thread. By the way, their last signature campaign on this forum was in the summer.

This leave some thoughts that they don't have enough personnel working for their communication side. Since if they have enough people to handle their thread or other source which their presence is important. But guess they let people to talk about may things about them and guess that they didn't bother to answer those concerns of people that's why somehow people got disappoint in that side.

Maybe if they are active communicating here then provably that the scenario will be different since some people want to see some activities made by their representative. But guess they don't have anything to update and they let this thread unattended. I also notice that they go active only when they have running campaign here. So maybe they go active again when they launch their signature campaign.
