Ok:

Go to the folder cleanwatercoin-qt is in

Hold your SHIFT key

Right click on empty white space in that folder

Choose "open command window here"

A black command prompt window should pop up

Type:

cleanwatercoin-qt.exe -rescan

Press ENTER
