We can look to Juventus when they are going to play Lazio, both of course have some similarities to AS Roma, in that they seem somewhat more inclined to play a defensive style of football. Juventus have proved unconvincing this season, the match with Lazio may end in a draw in case Juventus fail to enhance attack efficiency. Since both these teams have been tight knit defensive teams this match also has the potential to be a low scoring draw. As it stands, I agree with your expectation of a draw with the current status of both teams, and it will be a good acid test for Juventus to show that they have it in them to remain among the giants.
