Regardless of the fact that telegram is decentralized or centralized, the match-fixing can take place anywhere with the identities remaining hidden throughout the process. It is a fact that only a few match fixing are exposed and there are a lot more that never come to the public and it remains hidden from everyone. I think it is impossible to stop this match-fixing unless there are serious consequences for those who are involved in it. As long as there is a greed for money, the players will continue to be involved in this bad act.

it has been an issue everywhere inside gambling world about match fixing , not only in telegram but in all platforms that they can hide from being caught .
and public knowledge? there are limited people that has knowledge in what is really happening in many sports for long time now .
