What kind of error though? have you tried reaching out to the support? According to this article[1] It's only possible to withdraw to external wallets after going through an additional level of account verification (I'm guessing KYC). Have you done that?

It's just a generic error that says something went wrong. I already jumped through their "show me your identity papers" obstacle course some time ago, don't think additional verification is the problem.

I'll keep trying. Maybe it's just a matter of getting lucky Wink
