For a thread that has about 174 pages, i think it's not the most stupidest thread ever but if it is, then the moderators failed in their duty and not about the creator of the thread nor the users who make replies on the thread be it those that are only farming merits or those that are genuinely taking part in the challenge.

BTW, are we also going to refer to high ranked users that makes replies in those acclaimed merit hunting threads as merit farmers? Let us be more transparent and diplomatic in handling things in the forum so that it will create a fair atmosphere for all, be it low ranked or high ranked.
It's true regardless it low ranked or high ranked, they're merit farmers.But, it's easier to caught the low ranked one because they're the one who really need merit in order to rank up, while high ranked not really have purpose to earn merit.
But if it is a newbie that posted that topic, it would be moved to off-topic asap.
I think so, the @OP who create the topic do play a big influence.
