Unfortunately for Leipzig, this new and far different CL version has been more than negative. At least until now. The game against Liverpool though, I doubt that it will be different for them. The Reds this season look very solid and serious with all their opponents and if they get out from serious injuries, can be a favorite to reach at least the quarter-finals.

Yes as you mentioned, target to the final is not easy, many aspects will be faced Liverpool because all team on champions league have the same target. Liverpool have to focus and keep consistent if want dream come true. Beside that Leipzig is not weak team, even they have never won on champions league, but Liverpool must not underestimate them because when they make a small mistake on the field that advantage will take Leipzig to beat them on their home. So I think liverpool will have a hard work to winning this match because most likely Leipzig will make tight their defense, and a draw is mostly possible if liverpool lack of attack.
