Personal responsibility is a significant factor in poverty as education, employment & financial management can impact a persons economic situation. It’s important to recognise that things like access to education, job opportunities & social support also play critical roles. While personal responsibility influences outcomes, poverty is often influenced by a mixture of personal choices & external circumstances.
Yeah I agree, personal responsibility is important with if you are having few things in your life from early days then surely these are helpful for you to have better life even if you are not enough rich, but you can live good life because poverty can be reduced with education and mindset which we have set in our early life adopting things which will give you better chances are also important but for this you need good gaudiness which are not available for all but still exist in many regions and things are taking good changes just because of these.
Job opportunities can be created but it is very difficult and challenging for a country to implement. If the population of a country becomes a burden rather than an asset then surely that country cannot rise above the poverty line no matter how hard it tries. To make a country economically self-sufficient, the population of that country must be converted into resources.
In few regions where we have too much burden of population things are getting the worst day by day, and we are losing opportunities for youngsters and others for having better life and chances of improving their lives. Few countries are completely failed to have changes which they wanted to do for their peoples because now they are having no enough sources which can increase their economy, and they can bring better opportunities for jobs.
Even we have few good examples of improvement in societies, but these are not enough because failures are increasing due to poor strategy and pressure of population which are surely the biggest concern right now for many countries in different regions.
