Once newbies have learn the basics knowledge of Bitcoin especially the risk that involves in bitcoin, no time they cannot invest in Bitcoin, they can invest anytime. but what they need to know is that bitcoin investment doesn't easily come with profits, so the newbies should be ready to patience enough and ready to hold their Bitcoin investment over a long period of time, and that it only that way they can able to make profits for Bitcoin.because if I should view the statement well saying can newbie take advantage of this October, I view it that the person is expecting profit very soon if not I don't expect the statement to come in that way,because no time someone cannot invest in Bitcoin, especially for newbies because they don't have the proper knowledge to do their own research and time market.

To be honest, Bitcoin is very hard to predict. The truth is that if someone just wants to invest, let them just invest, and that is all. Thinking that what happened in last year October may happen this October, I don't think it's work in that way, and if someone follows that pattern, it may likely lose because it may have a target to sell soon because its aim will be that the Bitcoin price will increase, which may be wrong. Bitcoin is pretty to buy now if someone can hold it for the long term for better future profits.
