I agree with you, honestly lack of planning doesn't help, that's why whenever any kind of money comes in weather is by gambling or not is best to allow the money to be for sometime because at that moment multiple ideas will be flowing through your mind and your won't know the one to settle for, that's why you also need good friends to put you in place in this kind of situation. The advise you get will be the best to help grow what ever business idea you want to engage in. But to top it all I believe there's a spirit that comes with gambling money that makes people fail on how to manage the money.

Yes, it means we must first make a way before you spend your money, in the sense of considering by looking at various sides and situations to make maximum planning and after that when everything is neatly arranged then that's where you can spend money whether it's for gambling or whatever you want to do in life.
Basically planning will always go hand in hand with management, or what is meant by having a plan then most likely you will also have management especially in terms of finances.

On the other hand, yes I understand what you mean that managing gambling money is not easy, and one of the reasons why it is not easy is because the object of victory in gambling is money which of course greed and temptation to continue gambling in any situation are very likely to come to you at any time, therefore when you are involved in an activity that not only involves the chance of winning but also involves the risk of losing, try to maintain awareness in yourself so that all the actions you will take remain measurable.
