Well, what I see is pretty obvious; they don't even bother to update or announce directly on their announcement thread that they are going to close their service. Gravio last active November 28, 2023, and no update about closing their service.

I am not sure if you can still request a withdrawal, but if you still want these coins from the exchange, you can contact them.
