Not only for players, but I believe it's an extra hassle for the support as well. MetaWin is a multi-million dollar company. It won't cost too much to develop some needed improvements. Not only the user's stats, they could improve a lot of things, and I guess players already mentioned some of them. Sometimes, the chat on the website does not work.

Oh, really? Did they give the players access to their stage version? It is probably common for casinos to check all the features on stage before bringing them to production. But I don't remember if any casinos give access to their players to check if there is any glitch or something. Most casinos should have a different team to check these things.
