Whether those complaints will harm their reputation or not depends on how they are going to handle them. In fact, i they handle them properly and manage to resolve them then this may improve their reputation even more.

Accusations can be invalid and most are invalid. Even an accusation is valid, the team can handle it when their further internal investigation shows that they are wrong or one of their staffs handled that case were wrong initially.

Mistakes can be made but more important is how a company handle it with highest intention to stay with customers by handling valid accusation. It's helpful for their business reputation certainly.

Result will be known when the team make their official announcement about it, in the meantime, spreading more accusations against them is not good. For video KYC, if casinos are suspecting something seriously, they can request it and I believe all casinos, all centralized exchanges have this type of KYC in their Terms of Service. As a user, you only can comply with their request on it, because you agree with ToS before using their service and products.
