Not trying to defend him but he already addressed that case.
That user started a topic on the scam accusatons board and MR replied to it. It’s true that the problem hasn’t been resolved yet but what’s certain is that they are well aware of it and they started working on it.

Oh yeah I missed that part ,thanks for clearing this since am just concern about their site as they are new and having their banner here in forum and these issues will truly damage their reputation if not answered and addressed clearly .
Looking for better result as this will be their nightmare if not given justice both side either who is telling the truth here.
