They already explained that the reason for cancellation of bets is due to wrong placement of odds. Casino ToS usually specify a scenario like this that makes bet cancelled.
I think the support is just looking on the specific match on why their system canceled your bet. Simply to look whether there’s really an error or none on their side. Be patient, At least you have assurance here that a representative is looking closely to your case.
Than if they decide to do it - it will be pure scam.
How come big and legit site like shuffle offer me the same odds and pay me out but the new fraudent casino decides to cancel it and not pay me. And than say odd mistake.
This is so easy- let's void all people's winning bets and tell them its odds mistake and just accept their loosing bets

If they don't pay me the winnings I will advertise anyone to stay away from this site and thats it.
Even a simple compensation would be accepted but they will proceed to not want to resolve this properly.
OP, kindly understand that as the situation occured few weeks ago, Razed team will most likely need to take a slightly longer time to get to the bottom of the case compared to a more recent situation. They might need to reach their provider to see whether the cancelation was instructed by them or is there some error from their internal team.
Kindly give a couple more days, and if we're yet to hear from them, I'll poke their rep to bring it back to their attention.
