OP, kindly understand that as the situation occured few weeks ago, Razed team will most likely need to take a slightly longer time to get to the bottom of the case compared to a more recent situation. They might need to reach their provider to see whether the cancelation was instructed by them or is there some error from their internal team.
Kindly give a couple more days, and if we're yet to hear from them, I'll poke their rep to bring it back to their attention.

Yes, it is a little amount for a casino, so I believe they will do the right thing. If, after they get to the bottom of your case, they find it's a simple error in their system and not something else, they will make a subsequent action.
