Has anyone made a withdrawal at this site recently? I have seen that now you have to pass 2 verifications to make a withdrawal. Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of handling stuff securely but for that this also has to work properly.
I don't have 2FA activated and it only asks me to confirm the withdrawal through the code sent to my email address. I tried to receive the email code 4 times and never got it. Even now, some days later and the emails didn't show up. And no, they are not in the spam folder as well.
I have never had any problems with emails and I can confirm that I have always received them very fast. I see. Strange then that I have to confirm a withdrawal through 2 outlets. I mean 2fa is the safest way anyway because an email account can be hacked easily. So confirming with email alone is much more unsafe than having 2fa activated, and then 2fa requires another verification, I don't get it.
But anyway, good to know that not everybody has problems with receiving these emails. Maybe i'ts my provider that doesn't display them for whatever reason, but like I said others are facing the same issue.
Note that the email congestion and delay won't be for long it free up as frequent and even there are times that even the phone verification process won't work also, but using 2FA app to make verification works all the time, but in some cases even with 2FA code in place, one still need to include either email or phone number verification code to activate the withdrawal.
About this, I doubt there is an email congestion. Like I said, This happened several days ago and until now I haven't received the email. Very strange.
