I am messaging them through their contact section, emailed them and then the email carries on in my own email client.
It's like dealing with a bunch of sassy girls at high school, they seem to choose themselves if they will deal with me or not.. It will have been 4 days tomorroe since I had a reply.
I opend a new email case too, yesterday daytime and no reply yet. I am getting pi**ed off now.
Most of the exchanges that I have used before have live chat. Is Kraken not having live chat? It will start with a bot but you can input something like 'I want to contact the customer care'. This has been what I always input and the bot will take me to the customer care which you can chat with. But there may be queue but it is worth waiting and a customer care can chat with you when it is your turn.
You are right, they have online support, they are very enthusiastic and friendly in customer care. I just tried going to their website and contacting the live support staff, and what I got was the complete opposite of what the OP said, I didn't even have to wait in line for a support staff.
I don't understand why OP didn't contact them directly to resolve the issue instead of emailing and saying he didn't hear back from them.
OP, try contacting online customer service and do what _act_ said, you should get help immediately.
