I think I saw on a thread that Kruw posted about this that people can still use Wasabi conjoin. His posts was after the news that Wasabi no longer providing conjoin service. I hope he will get notified for me mentioning his username so that he can post here also.
You can still participate in coinjoins with the Wasabi wallet. It hasn't stopped. Wasabi's default coordinator, zkSNACKs, has stopped its operation. You can't connect to zkSNACKs any longer to participate in coinjoins, but you can do so using any other coordinator if you want, including the one operated by that person you mentioned. The worst human being on Bitcointalk.
But Wasabi fall under the category of decentralized mixers so they are still mixers. Or am I wrong?
I am pretty sure that Wasabi doesn't use the term "mixer" in any of its documentation online. It's semantics. Some say you mix coins together. Others will say they join different inputs and make coinjoins in order to break the connection between inputs and outputs.
