At this point an average Madrid fan would be hoping that Barca's form decline for their team to cover up, well it's the normal expectation of every fan that their rivals would decline in form but I think they should hope on their team getting better cause Barcelona this season, is getting very tougher by each matches and with the presence of Hansi Flick, I think they'll keep improving rather than decline in form. Ancelotti needs to take advantage of the January window and sign one or two players that would help Madrid improve else they might end up not being able to defend their trophy.
