Few months ago I used bit.store cards and they worked, but I had some issues with them regarding canceled cards and refunds.
I suggest visiting Bitlist.co website and going to debit cards section, you will find several good options to compare and choose.

and thank you alot dkbit for the link , really helpful.. i found a few.. a quick question though.. does buying cards from stealth that are issued on myprepaidcenter as they say, can you access their website? it just doesnt do anything on my end, just a blank white page with no error or info whatsoever..
