I cannot say that a negative tag is warranted as we don't have all the info. OP might be telling the truth on how things went down and he might not be. We cannot just blindly believe 1 story without hearing from the other side and figuring out the truth.

If Nitro is in fact forcing a bonus on users when they deposit, then definitely a neutral tag could be applied. Would almost say a flag as well warning users not to use the site as shady ToS are in effect.

Regardless, without proof and more info we can do nothing for now.
