We also walk at the Freeway Raceway Mall in Freehold NJ 20 - 30 times a year.

I do the stairs a lot because I use to stairs to modify the pushups. I make the angle of pushup say 30 degrees. vs parallel to the floor.

since I do the sets of pushups where I eat (kitchen is above the stairs) I center my sets around my meals.

Does your wife have any input regarding your pushups?

Does she do any kind of exercise in solidarity?

Over the past 276 days of doing pushups, I have had some times that I am trying to figure out how to avoid doing pushups around certain people... although I have had a few people join in with me, temporarily.. or perhaps do some substitute exercise, like lunges.

I feel a bit better when no one is around while I am doing pushups so I can let my hair down, which sometimes involves relatively loud noises.. .. Frequently, I feel that if I don't make some kind of noise, i may well not be able to either do the quantity of pushups that I would like to do or I lose my energy... so I tend to feel like I need to psych myself up, even though sometimes I will purposefully do pushups while stifling noises, and those still might end up coming out o.k.. maybe in those cases (of stifling noises), I end up breathing heavily as a kind of substitute for the making of the loud noises?

Could be.

I do think that currently I do have better looks in the man boob department as compared with prior to doing the pushups.. so you do have a point there.

Even if the man boobs might currently still exist, they are more firmed up, so they are tending to seem less and less like man boobs.. .. not perfect, but surely better... more manly.

The feel is nicer too.. like a feeling of actual muscle in that part of the body rather than just feeling skin and fat..

Some of us might have also gained some abilities to actually independently move that part of our body too, which we were not able to do prior to regularly carrying out these pushups.

If we look at this guy, he might not even be doing pushups, but he is still able to bounce his chest muscles.

This younger guy seems to be in the earlier stages of learning (or thinking about learning) how to bounce his chest muscles.

I am not stopping till I get all those muscles really tough, I just hit 80 push ups this morning definitely completing it before the day runs out. I am so happy at the spike on bitcoin and that encourages to push more

if you make a pushups report, then your pushups will be included in the pushups table.
