I don't see a multi-sig or similar option where the buyer or seller can participate in releasing the escrow at all, so they have to rely on your service from beginning to end. I don't think that's really attractive, especially with how new you are. How would you solve this issue?

We are working on creating a really smoother fix for multi-sig for the normal day to day crypto user to use it without the hassle of knowing all the technical stuff, it takes time of course.
We really have no problem if an OG escrow wants to get onboard and be a co-founder.
Initially, we made this website in order to server DN users and those who want to enjoy the privacy of their transactions without any ties on them.
So that is our main target of customers.
