I do the stairs a lot because I use to stairs to modify the pushups. I make the angle of pushup say 30 degrees. vs parallel to the floor.

since I do the sets of pushups where I eat (kitchen is above the stairs) I center my sets around my meals.

Mary Cairn Cross comes to mind. There are plenty of walks in the Sunshine Coast hinterland (and more rugged ones in the Tambourine/ Gold Coast hinterland which is the edge of an ancient (200M years ago) volcanic eruption that shaped the entire south eastern corner of Queensland. (The Sunshine Coast is home to (extinct) dormant volcanic plugs that Captain Cook named the Glasshouse Mountains).

misses the mark just a bit if you are very muscular or have thick bones.

I do know that I got as low as 183 before I hurt my toe this spring and it was pretty much spot on correct weight for me.

I can't get to the under 200 numbers with out daily exercise. That is why this thread is a real godsend for me. It is very inspirational for me to grind out my exercise on a daily basis.
