It's so sympathetic to see that you are passing through all this addiction of a thing, but I will ask haven't you been involving yourself with most of the discussion that talks about gambling addiction?
Didn't you read and contributed to those topic or you just skip those advise given by those who created those topic/thread?
It’s not as a easy as it may sound, addiction is not something you can just get rid of just by reading some threads or things people did that worked for them - it’s going to take dedication and discipline from the person who’s involved. Having the knowledge of how to stop an addiction is useless if the person is not mentally strong enough to put it to use.
I don’t know the Op personally but I have read a few of his posts in the gambling board and all I can say right now is that “I hope you’re able to get through this phase”, pay your loan and also work towards solving your gambling addiction problem because if after you successfully payback the loan but still have the addiction problem then it would all be for nothing because sooner than later you’ll still go and borrow another money to gamble, just try your best I’m sure you’ll be able to overcome it.
I know it's always like this but most times we have to discipline ourselves in other to maintain a good living because when someone get addicted, it's as same of nothing having the right sense to reason out of the box. But one thing I know can help him mostly is to close down all his gambling account just as I have said earlier and then keep involving himself to more discussion in the gambling sections that talks about gambling addiction, but aside being a drug addict, gambling addiction is a result of greed and if op can control his greed level then there is every chances for him to get himself so quickly after having paid out the loans.
