Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress?

I think tracking progress is one of the best ways to stay balanced. By noting wins, losses, time spent, and overall outcomes, you can keep an eye on your spending. Well, it’s a good strategy for responsible play that helps players stay on track Wink. On the other side, if you’re only playing once a week or month with very small bets, tracking might not be necessary since you’re just playing for pure FUN. Remember, the larger your bets, the more important it is to keep detailed records.
Tracking gambling progress will be necessary for some people especially if they want to control themselves in gambling. By seeing their gambling progress, they can think that gambling is just for fun and entertainment in their spare time and not gives much chance to make money.

They can also think about how to enjoy the gambling games with some limit and not because they have money, they will choose to playing gambling for longer time. When they can limits their gambling activity, they don't need to track their gambling progress because they only use the money they can afford to lose.

They are tracking their gambling sessions as they wanted to see if progress is for real or they just keep losing and nothing improves from the time they start their strategy, more on the progress of whatever strategy or patterns that they are trying to use, else, those who are just playing for enjoyment they don't need to set up as they just play and go.

Whatever the outcome it's just the entertainment that they aiming, though it will be different for those who wanted to take gambling into a source of income, they need to track every single data to make sure that they will improve will manage to adjust if needed.
