As I explained here, that you might misunderstood,it's not an instant process in sense that once you passed the KYC process they can instantly tell you what's the problem and unlocked your account.

Instead, once you've done the KYC, they can begin to investigate what is wrong with your account.

Do I understand that it only passed KYC today [thus they probably doesn't have time yet to look into your account]? Or was it done yesterday or perhaps on 7th?

It's been two days since my KYC verification, and I'm still wondering why they even required it...just because I won 10k? Why don't they ask for it from losing players? I'm 100% confident there's no wrongdoing on my part. no multi-accounting, no involvement of another person, and no exploiting bugs or anything shady. I'd never do that. Yet, here I am, with my funds locked for three weeks and no resolution or clear communication.

Even when they eventually unlock my account and claim everything is fine, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. It’s not how a reputable company should operate. I've never experienced anything like this with any legitimate site.

Well, as AHOY said above, it's a pretty common practice shared amongst casino. However, if I may focus more on the "why", I think it's a safety precaution.

Try to see from neutral perspective here, suppose you're someone with malicious intent, a multi-acc abuser for example, will you be willing to perform KYC suppose the casino get to the bottom of your situation and confirmed their suspicion first? Like, "Hi, we found that you have three accounts, it's beyond reasonable doubt, we've send the proof to an ADR as per your request, who ruled in favor to us and agreed with our findings. Would you now please do a KYC so we can block you next time you attempted to open other account?"

I hope that helps to give a short and simple POV why casinos usually require KYC prior to deeper investigation.

As for two days, let me nudge my contact.

I see your point, but I still can’t justify how they take such an absurdly long time to check something as straightforward as verifying if someone is multi accounting. It should be easy to detect and provide evidence if it’s true. I’m 100% confident I’ve done nothing wrong, and that makes this even more frustrating. it tilts me because I know they’ve got nothing.

And why am I banned from betting in the meantime? Just because I won €10k on  parlays? I can even show you the games, it was all on parlays on big markets, i could play everywhere and im an idiot i choose a crypto site thinking i dont have to give documents and was faster and easier to bet with crypto.
Mistake i should not do again
