It seems users from restricted countries can create accounts on the new platform. My country is still on the restriction list but I was able to create an account without any problem.
For the record, I did this for testing purposes and I have no plans to deposit or play on the casino untill my country gers removed from the restriction list, which I hope will happen soon!

What is the link you used to create an account?, Is it monkeytilt.com?. Not that it matters since I am only testing it and has no plan to deposit same as you. I visited the site but it seems that people who are in a country that is restricted is still the same. Mine will shows your location is not available and must need VPN to create an account. I checked the list of accepted countries and my country is not on the list. It shouldn't be a problem for me since we are thinking the same.

Fully aware about? If you visit a gambling site, and you will not get GEO blocked, then its the responsibility from a site to solve that. All the big and serious site hav GEO blocking. This site doesn't.
