Yeah, you're right. Unfortunately, the Freebitcoin site shouldn't be on this list because, as you said, they have constant issues and a poor attitude to the community. In fact, they ruined all the impeccable reputation that they had throughout 10 years because of their actions or inactions literally in one year.

Yeah, it's indeed unfortunate, Freebitcoin did not represent itself well and I noticed that from the moment I started following some of its activities and complaints of customers here. Above all, communication is vital, but I don't know why some casinos would start well but at a point would allow themselves to get intoxicated with success and fame and become so proud. This degrades them so much more than they think. The huge money they think they've made will be nothing in a matter of a few years when patronage reduces, for nothing is more sustaining than a good service that keeps blessing you and also paints you good in the spotlight.
